What we collect

When you use TrustHire we collect: your email address, profile information you provide (name, headline, location, LinkedIn URL, bio, photo), the contents of any resume you upload, your job descriptions and applications, transcripts of interviews conducted on the platform, and basic account activity.

How we use it

We use this data to match candidates with vacancies, score profiles based on verified behavior, run AI evaluations of interviews, and improve the matching quality. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Data retention

• Interview transcripts: 90 days
• Interview recordings: 30 days
• Profile data: while your account is active
• Score history: retained indefinitely (no PII)
• Consent log: retained indefinitely (legal requirement)
• Resume files: deleted 30 days after account deletion

Third parties

We process data through these vendors: Supabase (database and auth), Daily.co (video), Deepgram (real-time speech-to-text), Anthropic (AI evaluation), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). We share with each only the minimum data needed for that function.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time, export your data, or ask us to remove specific records. Email us with the request.
