Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a TrustHire account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens on your account. The information you provide must be accurate. One person, one account.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Creating fake profiles or impersonating other people or companies
• Misrepresenting skills, experience, or company information
• Scraping the platform or harvesting data through automated means
• Reverse-engineering scoring or evaluation systems
• Using TrustHire to harass, discriminate, or violate the law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. AI evaluation disclaimer

Trust Score, Employer Score, and AI-generated interview reports are informational only. They are not guarantees of skill, fit, or employment outcomes. Hiring decisions remain the responsibility of employers; application decisions remain the responsibility of candidates.

5. Payment terms

Employers pay $25 per completed interview, charged to the card on file at the time the interview ends. If the interview fails to complete due to a technical issue on our side, the charge is refunded automatically. Refunds for other reasons are at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you put on TrustHire (resumes, job descriptions, interview content). You grant us the rights necessary to operate the platform — store, transmit, evaluate, and display your content to the people it is intended for. The TrustHire name, branding, and software are ours.

7. Limitation of liability

TrustHire is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed hires, missed jobs, or business decisions made on the basis of AI evaluations.
